This Wetherspoon public house was once farmland until it was developed onto private housing, shortly after the pub was built in 1955. The frontage of the building is very symmetrical with the fascia having detailed plaster work around the windows and doors.
The scope of works for the project was to make the pub feel more welcoming to clientele, to utilise the outdoor drinking areas more, and generally smarten the frontage to give more curb side appeal.
