Our starting point for any project is to understand the required outcomes for the project and the aspirations of our client. We go above and beyond the brief and help our clients to realise what they need. Often this is something slightly different to the initial brief.
When a new project is briefed in, we research and prepare a structured architect’s feasibility study and budget-cost report. To help you make informed decisions based on your objectives and resources and to assess the final project outcome, our reports include proposed layout designs and sample presentation boards.
From those initial planning and design development stages, our clients usually ask us to take on complete project management, to site and through to completion of the refurbishment.
We manage all costs, lead times, contractors, suppliers and fabricators to ensure close work together as a team and the highest standards of work.
We are members of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and, as such, offer detailed architectural drawings for corporate tender applications and site construction. We manage on-site surveys, buyer and seller liaison, and ongoing evaluation to keep projects on track and within approval parameters, always to the highest standard of quality.
On behalf of our clients, we handle all negotiations, submissions and correspondence with planning applications, building regulations, gaming and liquor licensing, listed building consents, conservation area restrictions, environmental issues and appeals to the Department of Energy (DOE).
Safety is built into every project. Our understanding of Construction Design & Management (CDM) health and safety and fire safety gives our clients total peace of mind.
We have the knowledge, experience and contacts to save you time, cost and unnecessary headaches.
